Customised Training:

An Introduction to Critical Control Points and HACCP

The course provides a general understanding of the cause and management of food safety hazards. Critical Control Points are explained and HACCP principles are introduced.

We can tailor training to suit your site and needs. This enables in-house examples to be tailored to participants.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

This course is aimed at supervisors who need to manage processes and have a basic understanding of HACCP principles.

We can also mix and match modules to suit, if you require a combination of Food Safety, Quality and Phytosanitary training.

DURATION:

This customised in-house training can range from one to three days, depending on your specific needs.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

It is aimed at everyone involved in the fresh produce supply chain.
Growers, Packhouses, Distribution Centres, Wholesalers, Importers/Exporters and Retailers.
It is especially suitable where there is a seasonal work force that may need training on an annual basis.
